You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — will be attributed to you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the pk836 support team immediately via live chat or email.
pk836 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with the operator's licensing obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals or bonus claims are processed: a government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address dated within the last three months, and proof of the payment method used. The primary account currency is Pakistani Rupee (PKR). Where applicable, cryptocurrency deposits in BTC and USDT are accepted at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees may apply. pk836 is not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.
Deposit and withdrawal limits — both minimum and maximum — are set by the Platform and may be adjusted in line with your VIP tier or at the Platform's discretion. Players who have activated deposit limit Responsible Gambling Tools will not be able to deposit in excess of their self-set limit during the relevant period without completing a cooling-off review.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits offered by pk836 are subject to these general terms and any additional terms specific to the promotion in question. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is met). Only bets placed on eligible games and markets contribute to wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game category.
Bonuses are valid for a defined period from the date of issue, as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Any bonus balance remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically. Extensions to bonus validity periods are not available unless explicitly offered by the Platform.
pk836 operates strict anti-abuse procedures. Activity that the Platform determines — in its reasonable judgement — to constitute bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, pattern betting designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other conduct intended to exploit promotional terms, may result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus, the voiding of associated winnings and the suspension or closure of the Account.
pk836 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet or wager at its discretion, including where a bet is placed on a market that has been suspended or where system errors have resulted in incorrect odds being displayed. Bets are accepted only when a confirmation reference is issued to the User.
Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. pk836 covers a wide range of sports markets including Pakistan cricket, PSL and T20 tournaments, ICC events, football, UFC and esports. Market availability, odds and in-play options vary by event. pk836 has no official partnership with the PCB, PSL, ICC, any cricket team or any sports governing body.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, pk836 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the applicable Account balances. "Manifest error" means an obvious and palpable mistake — including but not limited to incorrectly posted odds that bear no reasonable relationship to the true market price at the time the bet was placed.
All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, instant games and table games — are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed on the Platform. RTP percentages displayed are theoretical, long-term averages and do not represent guaranteed returns per session or per player. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
pk836 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity has occurred, that KYC verification has not been satisfactorily completed, or that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting pk836 customer support via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be resolved, and any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method subject to applicable withdrawal procedures.
Upon termination of an Account — whether by the Platform or by the Player — all licences and rights granted under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction.
